Refund & Replacement Policy for Partners

This Refund & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) applies exclusively to Partners of NSJ Wellness Lifestyles Private Limited (UEN: 202231711M) (“NSJ Wellness”, “we”, “our”, “us”) who are onboarded through our Partner Program and make purchases via the NSJ Wellness Partner System (“System”).

This Policy outlines the conditions and procedures for product returns, refunds, or replacements in the event of defects, discrepancies, or delivery issues.

1. General Terms

  • All purchases made by Partners are considered final and non-refundable unless they meet the conditions outlined in this Policy.
  • Refunds or replacements are only processed for valid reasons such as defective products, wrong items delivered, or damage incurred during transit.
  • Refunds will not be granted for overstock, poor sell-through, change of mind, or customer return from the Partner’s own retail customers.

2. Valid Reasons for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements will only be accepted in the following circumstances:

A. Defective Product

  • Manufacturing defects that affect product usability
  • Broken or leaking packaging upon receipt

B. Wrong Product Delivered

  • Incorrect SKU, variant, or quantity compared to confirmed purchase order

C. Damage During Delivery

  • Physical damage caused during shipping by NSJ-approved delivery partners

Note: Cosmetic packaging imperfections that do not affect product safety or use are not considered valid reasons for refund.

3. Conditions for Request

To qualify for a refund or replacement, the Partner must:

  • Notify NSJ Wellness within 3 working days from date of delivery
  • Provide clear photographic or video evidence of the issue (e.g., defect, wrong item, damage)
  • Ensure the affected product is unused, with the original packaging intact
  • Return the product (if required) to NSJ Wellness or designated address within 7 working days of approval

4. Refund or Replacement Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Use the form provided in the Partner System
  2. Verification: NSJ Wellness will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 working days
  3. Outcome:
    • If approved: NSJ will issue a credit note, replacement, or cash refund (as applicable)
    • If rejected: A written explanation will be provided

5. Method of Refund

Approved refunds may be issued through the following methods:

  • Credit note for future purchases via the Partner System
  • Cash refund to the original payment account (only in exceptional cases)
  • Product replacement shipped at NSJ’s cost

6. Limitations

  • NSJ Wellness reserves the right to decline multiple refund/replacement requests from the same Partner if abuse or misuse of this Policy is suspected
  • No refunds will be processed for items sold under final clearance, seasonal promotion, or customized labeling unless the product is defective
  • This Policy does not cover loss or damage due to improper handling or storage by the Partner
